Questions about billing
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Sign up with your email and you can mark 3 essays and ask the tutor 3 questions straight away.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account, then Manage billing, and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What counts as one essay marked?
One press of Mark answer, including the full-mark answer that comes with it. Short answers and 25-mark essays count the same.
Is "unlimited" really unlimited?
For normal use, yes. To keep the service fast for everyone there's a fair-use limit of 60 AI requests an hour per person, which is far more than anyone needs to write and mark essays.
Can my parents pay?
Yes. Anyone can pay at checkout. The subscription is linked to your Ezzays account.
